Keeping it running costs $$$

Hello Friends!

My wife and I are hoping to go to gunnison on 7/10 for our first nudist trip. I did hae one vexing question, though. What you all do with your valubles while you are on the beach. Normally when I go to the beach I'm able to keep my keys in my suit. Is there often a problem with theft there? I want to assure my wife that we could walk to the water and out stuff would be fine. Thanks!

No theft problems that I have

No theft problems that I have ever seen. I have left stuff and walked the beach and never had anything missing.  Have fun at the beach.

It's safe

My wife and I have been there twice(we went yesterday again) and we haven't heard or seen any kind of theft problem. We've set up our little area and left our ipod on the table. We've even left our cellphones next to the ipod while walking the beach or going in the water. If you guys do go, we may see you there because that's my wife's birthday and we may go celebrate on the beach.

remote

I think theft on the nude beach is less likely than other beaches. If a clothed person came along and grabbed a wallet stuffed in a shoe on a vacant blanket the neighbors would notice and might do something about it. It is a long run back to a getaway car for the potential thief.

Very Good Point.  Long walk and easy to call rangers.
